ACT

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 15 of the Rating Act, notice is given that the Municipal Council of Busia, has levied a rate of 9 per cent on the unimproved site value of land appearing in the valuation roll including the supplementary valuation roll for the Municipal Council of Busia. The rates become due on Ist January, 1998, and are payable on 30th June, 1997, with interest of two per cent per mensum on any sum remaining unpaid after 30th June, 1998. ” Dated the 25th February, 1998.
