PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38), notice is given to Benjamin Opembe, of Biaschaco Consolidated Limited, Pan Africa House, 3rd Floor, Kenyatta Avenue, P.O. Box 60659, Nairobi, to take delivery of goods from ‘Notco Kenya Limited, warehouses, situated at Mombasa Road, L.R. No. 209/10569/3, Nairobi within thirty (30) days from the date of notice. Delivery is subject ‘to payment to Notco (Kenya) Limited, of the sum of KSh. 117,760 being storage charges, plus the cost of this advertisement. Failure to take delivery of the said goods and to make the payment will compel Notco (Kenya) Limited, to sell the goods as provided for under the said Act. Dated the 9th March, 1998. B. N.
