TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: Cause ‘No. 460 oF 1997 By (3). Francisca Muthoni Kirigia and (2) Casmiro Ntarangwi, both of P.O. Box 55, Mikinduri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother-in-law, respectivély, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate .of Charles M’Turuchiu Kirigia, of Mikinduri, Meru in Kenya, who died at Kenyatta « National Hospital in Kenya, on 1st June, 1996. Cause No. 2395 oF 1997 By Ngugi Mwaura, of P.O. Box 4, Sabasaba in Kenya, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njoroge Ngugi, late of Malindi in Kenya, who died at Malindi Nursing. Home in Kenya, on 26th April, 1996. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazege.
