TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: Cause No. 297 or 1996 By Rita Kimuri Indasi, of P.O. Box 3875, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs, Chebii & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Indasi Imboha Shiruli, late of Kimumu, Uasin Gishu District in Kenya, who died at Kimumu, Kapsoya Sub-location in Kenya, on 24th October, 1993. Cause No. 310 or 1997 By (1) Josiah Chepsiror Boit and (2) Annah Jeruto Boit, both of P.O. Box 529, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkeino arap Boit, late of Cheptil Sub-location in Kenya, who died there on Sth April, 1996. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
