THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT KISII RAO IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF MIKU AMBIRO OF GUCHA DISTRICT PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SuccEssION CAUSE No. 3 oF 1998 -iont ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a orant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above-named deceased, who died at Nyataro, on 15th March, 1970, has been filed in this registry by John Boke Anbiro, of Getenga Sub-location, South Mugirango Borabu Location, P.O. Box 193, Kisii, in his capacity as son of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and mutt be jodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to ma e the grant as prayed or to make such order
