All “copy” submitted for publication should be prepared on one side of an A4 sheet no matter how small the notice is, each page being numbered, and should be typewritten with double spacing. Copy should be clear, legible and contain no alterations. Particular attention should be paid to the following points: (i) Signature must be supported by rubber stamping or typing the name of the signatory in capital letters, (ii) Dates must be correct and filled in where necessary, Gii) Care should be taken to ensure that all headings to notices and references to legislation are up to date and confiorm with the Revised Edition of the Laws of Kenya. The Government Printer will not publish communications received after that ‘hour until the next subsequent issue of the Gazette. (2) Ministries will be required to pay for the Kenya Gazette and to meet the cost of advertising in it.
