COLLECTION oF Trapz Unrton Dugs IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 45 of the Tirade Disputes Act, the Minister for Labour orders every employer who employs not less than five (5) members of the {Kenya Petroleum Oil Workers Union to: (a) Deduct every month the sum of money in respect of trade union dues from the wages of each of his employees who are members of that trade union as follows: @ Eighty (80) shillings from the wages of employees ‘working in petrol and service stations. i) An amount equivalent to two per cent (2%) of the basic salary from tthe employees employed by oil companies. (b) Pay within ten (10) days the sum of ten (10) shillings so deducted from the date of which such wages were paid by crossed cheque made payable to the Central Organi- zation of Trade Unions (Kenya) into the organization’s account No. 229-741-204 at the Kenya Commercial Bank ‘Limited, Moi Avenue Branch, P.O. Box 48400, Nairobi. (c)Pay within ten (10) days the balance of the sum so deducted from the date of which such wages were paid by crossed cheque made payable to the Petroleum Oil Workers Union into that union’s accountNo. 0102004941500 at thie Standard Chartered Bank (Kenya) Limited, Moi Avenue Branch, P.O. Box 72585, Nairobi. .
