TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: Cause No. 14 oF 1998 By (1) Pricillah Cheptanui Kogo.and (2) Cicilia Kego, both of P.O. Box 1045, Kitale in Kenya, for -a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kiplagat Kogo, who died at District Hospital, Kitale, on 24th’ August, 1992. Cause No. 21 oF 1998 By Salina Jepkosgei Josiah, of P.O. Box 84, Kapcherop, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimoi Bartore Kiprongochi, late of Kabelio, Marakwet in Kenya, who died there on 25th September, 1973. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
