I lntend to drspense wrth the produchon of the said land trde deed and proceed wlth reglstrahon of the sard instrumentof R.L. l9 and R.L. 7, and upon such regrstration the land title deed issued earlier to the satd (1) Ebrahrm Musa and (2) Mrss Jatan (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
