REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Thandi Thiong’o (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 6.3 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Dagoretti/Uthiru/220, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 993 of 1999 has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Joseph Njihia Thiong’o, (2) Damaris Nduta Kaniaru, (3) Hannah Njeri Ngugi and (4) Gad Ndumia Kaniaru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
