REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Ewalan Gwotoni (ID/20340547), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.20 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Laikipia County, known as Nanyuki/Naibor Block 1/291 (Kariunga), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
