REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Wachinga Muthee (ID/0819592), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land, registered under title No. Laikipia/Nyahururu/10521, 10522, 10523, 10526, 10525, 10527 and 10528, containing 6.27, 3.80, 3.80, 3.80, 4.20, 3.80, and 3.80 hectares or thereabout, respectively, situate in the county of Laikipia, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers (green cards) in respect thereof are lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land registers (green cards) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) 3950 3950 days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land registers (green cards) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
