REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Kihara Mwangi (ID/10188201), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, registered under title No. Mutara/TMutara Block 2/340 (Uruku), containing 0.9265 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Laikipia, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
