REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Anna Abeshanyana (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land, known as Idakho/Shivakala/2629, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kakamega in Succession Cause No. 149 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Catherine Makhungu Machane, and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration the said L.R.A 39 and L.R.A. 50 in favour of Catherine Makhungu Machane, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Anna Abeshanyana (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
