GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 13146

WHEREAS Joseph Odhiambo Osumba (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kisumu, known as Kisumu/Chiga/2213, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. E224 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Rensa Auma Odhiambo, (2) Elizabeth Anyango Odhiambo and (3) Daniel Otieno Odhiambo, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Odhiambo Osumba (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Odhiambo Osumba (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
