THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kimweli Ndungo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Machakos/ULU/325, situate in the district of Makueni, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya in Succession Cause No. E27 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour Nicholas Kimweli Ndungo, and whereas the said court has executed land application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 19, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Kimweli Ndungo (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 19 in the name of Nicholas Kimweli Ndungo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Kimweli Ndungo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
