REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Angeline Adoyo Ong’o (deceased), is registered as proprietor in the absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kamagambo/Kongudi/819, situate in Migori County, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Migori in succession cause No. E613 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Tony Odhiambo Onyango, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Angeline Adoyo Ong’o (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Angeline Adoyo Ong’o (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
