REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mbago Aloyo (deceased) is the registered proprietor of all that property known as North Sakwa/Kadera Lwala/207, situate Migori County by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Migori in Succesion Cause. No. E54 of 2008 has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Lenny Abade Mbago, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued earlier to the said Mbago Aloyo (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiry of Sixty (60) days shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect provided that no objection has been received within that period.
