WHEREAS Nancy Wanjiru Kiarie (ID/1904060), of P.O. Box 232–00511, Ongata Rongai in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nairobi/Block 118/1523, and whereas the office has established that one Macharia Mwangi (ID/6140663) has obtained documents through a transfer from one Stanley Muhindi Wandeto, and whereas the persons who presented the documents for registration did so by false pretense and further registered the lease and certificate of lease registered as Nairobi/Block 118/1523, notice is given that the following lease registered in the name of Stanley Muhindi Wandeto and certificate of lease registered in the name of Macharia Mwangi is revoked and cancelled.
