NOTICE is given that the National Land Commission intends to acquire parcels of land shown in the schedule hereunder on behalf of Kenya National Highways Authority in accordance with section 110 of the Land Act for upgrading of Bitumen Standard Junc.A8(Turbo)- Junc.A1(Shikhendu) (B123) Road in Bungoma County. Interested persons should inspect plans of the affected land at the offices of the Commission at Ardhi House 3rd Floor, Room 305, 1st Ngong Avenue, Nairobi and County Co-ordinator’s Offices in Bungoma County, during official working hours.
