NOTICE is given that the National Land Commission intends to correct a land shown in the Schedule hereunder on behalf of the Kenya Railways Corporation (KRC), in accordance with section 110 of the Land Act and further to Gazette Notice Nos. 8480 of 2020, 1215, 6370, 6373 and 6374 of 2021, 6995 and 6996 of 2022 and 2076 of 2024, for construction of the above project in Kajiado County. Interested persons should inspect plans of the affected land at the offices of the Commission at Ardhi House 3rd Floor, Room 305, 1st Ngong Avenue, Nairobi and County Co-ordinator’s Offices in Kajiado County, during official working hours.
