IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 21 of the County Assembly Services Act, and following the proceeding for terminal leave of the substantive Clerk, the Nandi County Assembly Service Board appoints— HENRY KIPKORIR TARUS as the Deputy Clerk-Administration, Human Resource and Finance to exercise all the functions, duties and powers of the County Assembly Clerk and Secretary to the Nandi County Assembly Service Board in an acting capacity, with effect from the 14th August, 2026.
