APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated 26th January, 2026, I appointed John Ndungi, to be liquidator for Mandera Handicraft CS Limited (in liquidation) – CS/2725 for a period not exceeding six (6) months, and whereas the said John Ndungi has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period. Now therefore, I extend the period of liquidation for Mandera Handicraft CS Limited (in liquidation) - CS/2725 for another period not exceeding six (6) months and appoint John Ndungi, to act as liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society.
