NOTICE is given that Timac Agro East Africa Limited (In- Liquidation), Company No. CPR/2015/199952 in accordance with the Insolvency Act, passed a Special Resolution on the 22nd July, 2026 appointing Tejas Joy Bhatt and Saheel Mohamedshakeel as the Joint Liquidators of the company. All creditors of the company are notified to lodge their claims with full particulars that they may have against the company with the undermentioned Liquidator on or before the 3rd August, 2026 with adequate proof of debt due to them by the company, who shall be shared a link to attend the First Creditors Meeting which shall be held virtually on the 4th August, 2026 at 1100 Hrs.
