NOTICE is given that a Debtor’s Bankruptcy Petition under the Insolvency Act was on the 13th November, 2025 presented to the High Court of Kenya at Milimani by Martha Khayanga Tulienge, a resident of Kajiado County, Ngong Minicipality and of P.O. Box 21484- 00050A and KRA PIN AOO1158662U. TAKE NOTICE that the said petition has been directed to be heard for further directions before Hon. Lady Justice Dr. Githiru Freda Mugambi at the High Court Milimani Law Courts on the 6th October, 2026 at 9 o’clock in the forenoon/afternoon. and further take notice that any creditor or person intending to adopt, support, or oppose the making of a Bankruptcy Order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his advocate for that purpose.
