APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to section 2, 26 of the Mental Health Act and the regulation thereof, take notice that this court in Miscellaneous Application No. E232 of 2025, appointed Lucy Wanjiku Ngugi as manager and legal guardian of the estate and all affairs of Lucy Wanjiku Mukami. The court proceeded to issue the same unless cause be shown to contrary and appearance in respect entered within fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication. Dated the 13th July, 2026.
