NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd July, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 901, in Volume DI, Folio 282/2590, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Eliud Mwaniki Ndiritu Mathenge, of P.O. Box 32–00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known Eliud Mwaniki Ndiritu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Eliud Mwaniki Ndiritu and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Eliud Mwaniki Ndiritu Mathenge, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Eliud Mwaniki Ndiritu Mathenge only.
