NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd July, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 092, in Volume DI, Folio 297/2734, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Victory Ofrohi Mboja, formerly known Jamila Leila Abdulrazak alias Linda Cindy Mboja, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Jamila Leila Abdulrazak alias Linda Cindy Mboja and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Victory Ofrohi Mboja, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Victory Ofrohi Mboja only.
