NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 1st July, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 040, in Volume DI, Folio 294/2699, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Alvin Jones Buri, formerly known Alvin Buri Wanjugu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Alvin Buri Wanjugu and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Alvin Jones Buri, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Alvin Jones Buri only.
