NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th July, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB-332, in Volume B-13, Folio 2520/23154, File No. 1637, by our client, Eunice Lydiah Hollmann, of P.O. Box 60– 80404, Ukunda in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Eunice Wanjiru Lydiah, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Eunice Wanjiru Lydiah, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Eunice Lydiah Hollmann, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Eunice Lydiah Hollmann only.
