REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jackson Munyui Mutonga, of P.O. Box 11692–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of all that flat No. GB 13 erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 13425/8, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 124619/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
