REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Amina Haji Noor, of P.O. Box 621, Mandera in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/9071/82, held under a certificate of title registered as I.R. 45676, situate in the city of Nairobi, and whereas the National Bank of Kenya Limited has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of Amina Haji Noor, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said certificate of title is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge.
