PURSUANT to Standing Order 26 (3) of the County Assembly of Vihiga, it is notified for the information of members of the County Assembly and public residing in the County Government of Vihiga, 30th January, 2015 THE KENYA GAZETTE 237 that the hansard proceedings for the special sitting of the Assembly that was held on Friday, 16th January, 2015 at 9.30 a.m. in the County Assembly Chambers Headquarters to replace the leadership of the County Assembly of Vihiga for being incompetent, can be obtained from the office of the Clerk; The changes are: 1. Majority Leader and his Deputy Leader. 2. Minority Leader and her Deputy Leader. 3. Majority Chief Whip and his Deputy Whip. 4. Minority Chief Whip and his Deputy Whip. Dated the 20th January, 2015.
