REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Isaiah Owuor Osewe (deceased), of P.O. Box 84, Mutumbu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.9 hectare or thereabouts, known as East Gem/Nyawara II/294, situate in the district of Siaya, and whereas the principal magistrate‘s court at Siaya in succession cause No. H.C./R.M./54 of 2010, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Adelea Omulo Osewe, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed to the said Adelea Omulo Osewe, and upon such THE KENYA GAZETTE 23rd January, 2015 134 134 registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Isaiah Owuor Osewe (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
