IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3B of the Insurance Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury appoints— Under subsection (1) (g)— Alice M. Njoroge; Under subsection (1) (h)— Joyce K. Muchena; Paul K. K. Cheboi; Douglas Kailanya; to be members of the Insurace Regulatory Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 19th January, 2015. Dated the 20th January, 2015.
