REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kenya Electricity Generating Company Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, of P.O. Box 47936– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 12881/6, situate in the south of Lake Naivasha in Nakuru District, held under a certificate of title registered as I.R. 109986/1, and whereas European Investment Bank has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of Kenya Electricity Generating Company, of P.O. Box 47936–00100, Nairobi, and whereas an affidavit has been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said certificate of title registered as I.R. 109986/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge.
