APPROVED TARIFF STRUCTURE FOR YEAR 2014/2015, 2015/16 AND 2016/17 THE Water Services Regulatory Board has approved newly proposed Water and Sewerage tariffs for implementation by Oloolaiser Water and Sewerage Company (OWSCO) in line with sections 73(5) of the Water Act 2002. By extension therefore, Tanathi Water Services Board (TAWSB) gives a one month notice to all existing and potential Water and Sewerage customers of Oloolaiser Water and Sewerage Company and its environs that the tariff has been adjusted for the period 2014/2015, 2015/2016 and 2016/2017. As per the Service Provision Agreement (SPA) between TAWSB and OWSCO which is approved by the Water Services Regulatory Board the areas of Ngong, Kiserian, Ongata Rongai, Matasia and the environs or any other beneficiaries of the water supply and Sewerage Services not mentioned, shall pay the approved Water and Sewerage tariff with effect from the date of the expiry of the notice.
