NOTICE is given pursuant to section 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicle reg. No. KAJ 254H and motor vehicle reg. No. KAK 151M, presently lying uncollected at premises of Autofit Garage Limited, Nairobi, further notice is given that unless the motor vehicles are collected within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment to Autofit Garage Limited of costs of repairs undertaken, storage charges and other incidental costs of publishing this notice of the same shall be disposed by way of public auction or private treaty without any further notice.
