TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 215 OF 2012 By (1) Verity Wali Mbandi and (2) Febronia Sanguli Mtoto, the deceased’s cowidows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephat Mbandi Wughoma, who died at Coast Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 28th August, 2006. CAUSE NO. 522 OF 2012 By (1) Charity Njeri Kamau and (2) Antony Felix Kangethe, both of P.O. Box 12021–80117, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Kangethe Mbithi , who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 4th April, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
