Box 112, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rodah Jeptepkeny Willy Kipchumba, who died at Timbilil, on 16th January, 2012. Box 35, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimoret Kimoi, who died at Solian, on 26th October, 2011. CAUSE NO. 55 OF 2014 By (1) Samuel Kimani Kihiu and (2) Mary Wangari Kihiu, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kihiu Kimani Ngure, who died at Igure, on 14th January, 2008. CAUSE NO. 56 OF 2014 By Dominic John Yator, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheruiyot Chebiator, who died at Nato, on 9th November,1991.
