TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 25 OF 2014 By Rispah Kanguha, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Kidiavai Libondo, who died at Hamisi, on 19th April, 1996. CAUSE NO. 27 OF 2014 By Berisi Maganga, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beru Maganga, who died at Shiru, on 9th June, 1994. CAUSE NO. 30 OF 2014 By Jamin Rubia Vinyenye, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enesi Khavuya Lubia, who died at Munyere, Vihiga, on 31st August, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
