Box 6687–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Kariuki Muriithi alias Kariuki Riithi,who died at Othaya Hospital in Kenya, on 5th February, 2013. Box 555–10106, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erasmus Waigi Gathuo, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 13th September, 2005. CAUSE NO. 8 OF 2014 By (1) Peter Kingori Wamboi, (2) Susan Wangari Githinji and (3) Pauline Wangari Wamutitu, all of P.O. Box 338, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waboi Githinji alias Waboi s/o Githinji, who died at Othaya Hospital in Kenya, on 5th February, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
