TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 66 OF 2014 By Grace Wangare Kagai, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kagai Muroki, who died at Konza, on 15th May, 2010. CAUSE NO. 83 OF 2014 By (1) Lanet ene Sima Kobaai, (2) Naipanoi ene Sima and (3) Annah Nekisaika ene Sima, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sima Lemeitoi Kobaai, who died at Isenya Town, on 20th November, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
