REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ajit Kumar Ratilal Haria, as administrator of the estate of Ratilal Velji Haria (deceased), of P.O. Box 36–10100, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 6392/26, situate in the north of Nyeri Township in Nyeri District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 5285/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
