REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Piva Aelita and (2) Angelo de Faveri, both of P.O. Box 856, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors in leasehold ownership interest of that piece of land known as 624/51 House No. 26, situate within Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, by virtue of a certificate of lease registered as C.R. 24720/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
