Box 1—-90300, Makueni in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mainda Peter Kyumwa, who died at Kiumoni, on Sth July, 1995. CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2026 By John Ndulili Kithokoi, of P.O. Box 48031-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthiani Joel Kithokoi, who died at Makueni, on 13th April, 2021. 7th August, 2026 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
