Box 36, Ishiara in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Nthiga Mbui, who died at Embu Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 25th June, 2025. 7th August, 2026 CAUSE NO. E086 OF 2026 deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaniki Mbuthai, who died at Kirima Sub-location, on 5th March, 1991. CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2026 By Michael Nyaga Njeru, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngunguru Mwithiga, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 26th April, 1989. CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2026 By Gilford Kithinji Mburia, of P.O. Box 93, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Basti Kirika alias Ezekiel Basti alias M’Basiti Kirika, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 8th November, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
