TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2026
By (1) Phylis Awori Wesonga, (2) Humphrey Mulama Benjamin and
(3) George Mulama Shiundu, all of P.O. Box 901, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, grandson and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Shiundu Mulama alias Benjamin Shiundu, who died at Matungu, on 28th November, 1975.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
