NOTICE is given that the Authority has developed a Programme Code for Free to Air Television and Radio Services whose aim is to set standards for the time and manner of programmes to be broadcast by the licensees and Complaints Handling Procedure, pursuant to the provisions of the Kenya Information and Communications Act, CAP 411A, effective from the date of this notice. These regulatory instruments are available on the Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) website at: http://www.ca.go.ke/index.php/broadcasting. Dated the 14th December, 2015. FRANCIS W.
