TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 209 OF 2014
By (1) Perviz Barnsley and (2) Stephen Barnsley, both of P.O. Box
34115, Mombasa in Kenya, the executor’s named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate intestate to the estate of Kamrudin Esmail Samji, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd January, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
